Payment Terms


Payment is due at the front desk at the conclusion of your meeting. If direct bill has been approved, payment is due within 30 days after receipt of the statement. 
The room rental fee will be charged for meetings canceled with less than 24 hour notice.

 

 

Business Hours

 

Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  An additional fee of $40 per hour applies to room rental before or after business hours.

 

Late dismissal charge apply at $40 per hour in addition to regular room rates.   

 

 

Food & Drink

 

Coffee $5.50 per pot

 

If you are using a caterer, you will need to contact them directly to arrange for delivery and payment.
