The Bank makes start-up business loans and accepts payroll and business deposits. Staff includes the President, Vice-President, Accounts Managers, and File Clerks.  

The Broadcast Center is the voice and eyes of Exchange City. Music, advertisements and announcements are broadcast throughout the City. Staff includes the Station Owner, Reporters, Disc Jockeys, Sales Executives and an Accountant.  

City Hall provides several services including business licensing, public works and sanitation, and health and safety regulation enforcement. Staff includes the Mayor, Judge, City Manager, Attorney, Police Officers, and Environmental Control Agents.

The Distribution Center provides raw materials and supplies for Exchange City shops, and collects building rent and use fees. An Owner, Accountant, and Product Managers staff it.

The Energy Store provides payroll check services to the other thirteen businesses, as well as utility services. An Owner, Accountant, Data Managers, and Utility Service Agents staff it.

The Publishing Shop reports the day’s events at Exchange City, runs business and personal ads, and reflects the citizen’s thoughts and opinions through letters to the editor. The Editor works with Reporters, Sales Executives and an Accountant.

The Post Office collects and delivers the mail, and sells stationary and stamps. A Postmaster, Postal Service Agents, and an Accountant staff it.

The retail shops include the International Book Shop, Nature Shop, Sign Shop, and Sports Shop. Each produces a variety of goods within their theme. Each has a staff that includes an Owner, Accountant, Production Designers and Sales Associates.

The Snack Shop provides beverages and snacks, and is operated by Co-Owners, Popcorn Machines Operators, Shop Associates, and an Accountant.

The Wellness Center provides membership benefits and health information to groups and individuals. The Owner and Accountant work with several Exercise Physiologists.
